Hi! I'm Larissa. I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Health Coach, Herbalist, and author. I help people thrive on a whole food diet by teaching them how to take control of their health.​I help with weight loss by focusing on four pillars of health:

Food, Exercise, Sleep & Emotional Health

​I also help people transition out of a vegan diet. I believe a diet should be well rounded, and that we focus too much on labeling our diet instead of eating real food that's minimally processed.​ I teach people how to make food choices based on their bio-individuality. I don't believe in a one size fits all method, but I do believe in whole food nutrition. ​After realizing how impactful food is to our health, and how the SAD (Standard American Diet) is making many people sick, I left my full time job and started devoting my career to create a life full of health, passion, and purpose. I now work with people and help them regain control of their health.​​
