Vegan, Gluten Free, Black Bean Brownies
I was craving chocolate over the weekend so made some vegan black bean brownies. These are my favorite and my go-to chocolate sweet treat recipe.
All you need to make these are basic ingredients, a food processor, and an oven.
Brownies can be filled with dairy and refined sugar, but these are a tasty plant based recplacement. I make these for my non-plant based friends, and they can’t even tell the difference. Plus, they have black beans in them so they have tons of protein.

1 can black beans drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanila extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the overn to 350.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Pour into a small baking pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until they they are fim.
Remove from oven and let cook for 10 minutes.
You can place them in the fridge over night to firm up.
