Organic hummus is pricey! So why not make your own? This recipe is easy, delicious, and budget friendly.
INGREDIENTS

15.5-oz. can chickpeas

large lemon
1
garlic clove
½
cup tahini, well mixed
¾
tsp. (or more) kosher salt
10
cranks freshly ground black pepper
¼
tsp. ground cumin
3
Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together in a food processor (I used a nutri bullet) and serve with a little olive oil on top!
